Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY: All of items that are in stock are shipped 2 weeks from your order date apart from orders which come in over the weekend - We will always aim to get these shipped 2 weeks from your order date. 

Bespoke orders may take slightly longer - again we work towards 2 weeks from your order date but due the attention to detail these may take slightly longer.

Next Day Dispatch Collection: If ordered from our next day dispatch, your order will be sent on the next working day via the delivery method selected. If your order includes an item outside this collection, it will all be sent on our 2 week dispatch as only one postage is charged. 

Preorder items- We will get these to you as soon as they are in stock this could take between 3-4 Weeks, We will contact you with updates for pre-order items. 

Mystery Boxes have a 3 week dispatch.

AMENDMENTS AFTER ORDERING:  Although we will try our best, some items are made shortly after placing as so we can't guarantee any changes to orders once placed. You are able to cancel any order 2 hours after placing, after this, we can not cancel an order as your items will be placed into production. We do not offer any changes or cancellations for items in our next day section.

CUSTOMS: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Indi Elle is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.  We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. All taxes and additional import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 business days for UK orders and 25 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
