This safety information applies to the following IndiElle product lines:

Product Identification

Each product is identifiable via its individual listing title and/or product code as displayed on our website and third-party marketplace listings (e.g. Etsy). Product type groupings and associated Declarations of Conformity are maintained internally and available upon request from an EU market surveillance authority or consumer.

Materials & Composition

  • All fabrics used are selected for suitability against skin, including for infant and children's garments.
  • Any fastenings (poppers, buttons, zips, ties) are securely attached in accordance with applicable safety standards for the relevant age group.

Safety Warnings

For children's clothing (including baby rompers):

  • Adult supervision is recommended during dressing and undressing.
  • Please check all fastenings and decorative elements regularly for wear, and discontinue use if damaged.
  • Not intended as sleepwear unless specified as flame-resistant or otherwise labelled for that purpose.

For adult clothing and pyjamas:

  • Keep away from open flame.
  • Clothing for sleep is designed to be worn correctly and under the correct supervision.
  • Items to be checked and managed before wear

Care Instructions

Please refer to the sewn-in care label on each garment for specific washing, drying, and ironing instructions. General guidance:

  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or line dry
  • Don't use any products that could negatively Impact the quality of the garment or design.
  • Hand wash when possible

We take all safety reports seriously and will investigate promptly in line with our obligations under GPSR.
