Subscription Details
We want the mystery box to work around you. After signing up, you can pause, cancel, or resume your subscription at any time after your first 30 daysΒ through your personal subscription portal.
Every box includes free delivery.
As each box is personalised and curated specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on mystery box items. If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll always do our best to help.
Shipping
Mystery boxes are shipped on the 1st of each month, and you can expect delivery around the same time each month thereafter.
If you place another order with us, we will do our best to ship it together with your mystery box where possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Billing
Your first payment will be taken at checkout.
Future payments will be billed in advance on the 15th of each month (or the next working day if applicable).Β
Making Changes
If you would like to make changes to future boxes, please email our team as soon as possible.
Any changes received after your billing date cannot be applied to that month's box, as items will already be in preparation.
