Personalisation

We are working super hard to make your ordering experience super easy and want to share as many helpful tips as we can. Here's a few helpful tips:

All personalisation boxes are not case sensitive. We will make the item as shown in the images unless there is a style option box on the listing to choose.

All of our items include a '.' dot on the end as standard. Although very rarely asked, we feel this is part of our brand and so we can't remove this.

If you would like to change the personalisation, please email the team on team@indielle.com immediately after ordering so we can manually amend this for you.

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

With embroidered items, we can be restricted with sizing dependant on the item selected. This means that longer names (6 letters+) or quotes may be made smaller to fit. We are working hard to share as many customer orders with you. Please check out our highlights section on our instagram page for inspo!

Although we will try our best, some items are made shortly after placing as so we can't guarantee any changes to orders once placed. You are able to cancel any order 2 hours after placing, after this, we can not cancel an order as your items will be placed into production.

Shipping

Here's some helpful information about our current shipping that we're asked most often. For our policy, please refer to our shipping policy.

This isn't currently an option we can offer. We work through the orders by date and many of our customers see their order as a priority too so this is the fairest way.

Dispatch time is the time is takes for our small business to design, make and wrap your orders. We don't rush any part of our process and wouldn't want to compromise our quality. Our dispatch time is 2 weeks - we can send earlier than this but please use this as the guide.

Delivery times are the time the item takes to arrive to you once it has been dispatched (left us and with Royal Mail).

Many of our orders are gifts and so we do not include invoices and also tissue wrap each item with an Indi Elle thank you postcard. If you would like to add a gift note, please pop us an email with your order number and note so we can add this for you!
